What is your Payment Policy?

When it comes to payment, we want everything to be 100% safe as well as convenient. We offer a wide variety of payment options so you can select the one that best meets your needs, including most major credit cards, PayPal, and Store Credit.

What credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept payments from a wide variety of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and others.

Do you accept PayPal?

Absolutely! To ensure speedy order processing, please make sure you a verified member of PayPal, your shipping address is confirmed and you meet and follow all the terms and conditions of PayPal. Certain items may be restricted by PayPal, Inc. and cannot be ordered using PayPal. If these restrictions apply, PayPal will not be an option at checkout.

When am I charged for my order?

You are never charged for your order until your items ship.

How is my information protected and secured?

All personal and financial information is encrypted by our secure server to ensure that your information is 100% safe. Our Secure Ordering Policy has details on the steps we take to ensure your information is protected.

Do you take any other steps to prevent fraudulent transactions or to ensure safety and security?

We review every order that is placed, and reserve the right to contact a customer for manual order verification or to solicit more information to ensure an order is legitimate and verifiable.

Safety and security is nice, but are there any other reasons you take all these steps?

Minimizing fraudulent purchases helps us ensure we can keep the deals sweet and provide a high level of customer service. Everyone benefits from the measures we take. Except for those attempting to scam the system. They do not benefit.

Can I use Store Credit for my purchase? What are the terms?

If you have available Store Credit, it will automatically be applied to your order. If your available credit exceeds the order amount, your remaining credit will be available for your next order. If you do not have enough Store Credit to pay for your order, alternate methods of payment will be required to complete your order. Store Credit never expires unless your account is closed or suspended. It also cannot be redeemed anywhere else or for cash or candy (unless we have a candy sales event, in which case you may use your Store Credit to purchase candy.)

What is your Pricing and Availability Policy?

At Dvor we are dedicated to providing fantastic deals. We strive to maintain a relationship with our suppliers that is just as strong as the ones we have with our members. By doing so, we can offer savings and a product mix that is unbeatable. But to keep our suppliers (and customers!) happy, we have a policy dealing with pricing and availability.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S Dollars and are applicable only for active events and while supplies last. Prices offered are valid only for active members in good standing. We assume no liability in the case of any orders arising from typographical errors or incorrect prices (see also: screw-ups) and reserve the right to revoke any offer, correct any omission, error, or inaccuracy, or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged.

How do you handle comparative pricing?

Do you offer coupons?

We're happy to offer promotions to our loyal members. When ordering, you can insert your Coupon Code as listed during the checkout process and you will instantly see your updated price reflecting the discount. You can only redeem one Coupon Code per order. If you have any questions regarding the use or eligibility of your Coupon Code, please contact us.

Returns Policy

What is your Returns Policy?

We want your shopping experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items per our conditions within 30 days of receipt for Dvor Store Credit (please note: no returns for exchange or full cash refund are available.) After 30 days from receipt, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All returns are subject to our Return Conditions and must be returned in NEW condition (unopened, unused, not broken, not tested) in the original manufacturer's packaging with all of the original contents included. This helps us keep our costs down so we can keep offering the great savings you can only find on Dvor.com. For most returns meeting our conditions and policies, there is no restocking fee. All shipping costs and charges associated with returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend you fully insure your package and safely wrap items to prevent any damage.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures fast and accurate processing of your return. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to receive a number. The RMA number will only be valid for 10 days, so please return your merchandise immediately.

Some items may not be returnable, and on rare occasion a restocking fee may apply. This information will be present on the relevant product page before you order or is present on the Return Policy Exceptions page.

What about defective items or if the wrong item has been shipped?

If an item arrives defective or is the wrong item, please contact us. We will assume responsibility for any charges associated with the return in these cases.

Can I receive a refund or exchange for my return?

All returns are credited to your account in Dvor Store Credit. We do not provide full cash refunds or exchanges for returns.

If I return an entire order, are my shipping charges refunded in Store Credit too?

Unfortunately we cannot credit you for any shipping charges.

Do I have to return any promotional items or gifts associated with an item if I want to return it?

Yes, in order to receive a full refund in Store Credit you have to return any and all promotional items or gifts associated with an item that you are returning. If a complete return is not received, we receive the right to not process your return and ship back your package for a shipping charge of $9.99.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

We process all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

For items that meet all the conditions in our Returns Policy, are not part of our Return Policy Exceptions and did not mention a restocking fee on the product page during the event, there is no restocking fee.

What are your exceptions to your Return Policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, at any time, for:
  • Installed Items
  • Special order items, including promotional and corporate merchandise
Currently, we charge restocking fees on the return of:
  • Items sold in the Electronics Segment
  • Items removed from plastic blister packaging
What if I send you back an item that does not meet all your conditions and policies?

We reserve the right to ship your returned item back to you at a charge of $9.99, or we may issue Store Credit in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items.

Shipping Policy

What is your Shipping Policy?

We are happy to provide fast, reliable shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the contiguous 48 states for a flat fee of $9.99. In addition, all orders placed after your first order of the day through 12AM Central Time qualify for FREE Shipping. We aggregate all orders from the same day and ship them together to save you money. In order to take advantage of this offer, please make sure to use the same billing and shipping addresses as well as the same shipping and payment methods for all your orders.

We offer competitive shipping rates for all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For multiple orders placed in the same day (as defined above) additional shipping costs will only serve to offset the additional weight and size, helping you save on shipping costs.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship outside the 50 U.S States. Sorry international customers- we are working on making Dvor available to you too!

How long will it take for you to ship my package?

Each product page lists an estimated time to ship. This is the length of time estimating how long it will take to ship your package - additional transit time will apply. We make every effort to meet or exceed the estimates provided to you, but we cannot guarantee them. By providing you with an estimated time, we can work our suppliers and manufacturers to secure as much quantity of product as possible at the lowest price possible - meaning great deals for you.

What if items in my order have different estimated delivery times? Does it matter if they are in separate orders, but placed on the same day?

We will try and ship products as soon as they are available, regardless of the estimated delivery time of other items in your order.

How long will it take for my item to arrive once it is shipped? Can I track my package?

The time in transit varies depending on the shipment service, the address you are shipping to, and other factors including weather. An automated email will be sent with a UPS or USPS tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. You can also view the status of any order from Your Account Page.

What if my package is lost or hasn't been scanned for some time? What if my package is damaged?

Sales Tax Policy

What is your Sales Tax Policy?

If a sales tax is applicable, you will be charged based on the appropriate state and local sales tax regulations and rates of your residential area. As required by law, sales tax is applied on all orders shipping to an Illinois address at the local rate of 10.00%. If your order is subject to Illinois sales tax, the tax amount and total will be shown during online checkout process.

Please note that we withhold sales tax as required by law, and these laws are subject to change. You are responsible for paying any sales taxes not withheld by us. We also receive the right to change this policy as needed.

Order Cancellation Policy

What is your Order Cancellation Policy?

At Dvor, we pride ourselves on quickly and accurately processing all orders. If you have any questions, we'll do everything we can to address those questions. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please sign into your member page and do so while the option is available. If the option is no longer available to cancel online, please call us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

How do I know if my order has been successfully cancelled?

If you request that your order is cancelled, one our customer service representatives will attempt to cancel your order immediately. Once the order is successfully canceled, we will let you know by email or by phone. If you do not receive a confirmation that your order has been cancelled, it may have already been processed and/or shipped and we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please contact us for more information.

What happens if my order is already processed and/or shipped?

Unfortunately if your order has already been processed and/or shipped, we can no longer cancel it. However, you can still return any unwanted items for store credit per our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to Dvor.

Why was my order cancelled without my permission?

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, but we will always notify you with alternative options if applicable. Reasons we may have cancelled your order:

  • Ordered item cannot be legally shipped to you due to U.S. Government Regulations
  • Additional information required to process the order was not provided in a timely manner
  • The item has been discontinued or is no longer available
  • There was a pricing error, or another issue as mentioned in our Pricing Policy

Our goal is to cancel as few orders as possible, and to work with you in any way we can when any of the above issues arise.

Are there circumstances where an order cannot be cancelled?

If the order has been processed and/or shipped, we can't cancel it. We heard about someone who tried to cancel an order in route and ended up spending a night in jail, so unfortunately there isn't anything we can do in that case.

Invitations

How can I earn store credit for inviting my friends to join Dvor?

There are three simple ways to invite your friends to join Dvor. You can use our tool to email your friends an exclusive invitation to join, you can copy and paste your direct invitation link to use on your blog, forums, through instant message clients, or face to face, or you can easily share through Facebook or tweet through Twitter.

Once your friend accepts your invite, we'll let you know via email. After your friend successfully makes their first purchase on Dvor, we'll credit your account with $10 in store credit!

How long after my friend makes their first purchase before I receive my credit?

Typically you'll receive your store credit seven days after your friend's first completed purchase.

What is a "completed purchase?"

A completed purchase is an order that is placed that is not cancelled, whether it is by the member or our staff.

What if two members invite the same person to join Dvor? Which member receives the invitation credit?

Each Dvor member has a unique invitation link. The member whose invitation link was used to join will receive credit for the invitation.

Is there any limit to the number of people who I can invite to join Dvor? Is there a cap on the amount of credit I can earn?

Absolutely not! You can invite as many people as you want, and you will earn credit every time someone you invite makes their first completed purchase. In fact, we encourage you to invite all of your friends, and they'll be happy you did!

Is there any reason that I wouldn't earn credit?

We do investigate suspicious invitation activity to ensure nothing fishy is going on. While we can't spell out every reason, rest assured that something really shady would have to be going on for you to not earn store credit. You can always contact us if you want more information.
