March Optics introduces the MTR-DL ranging reticle that will be a major game changer for shooting at unknown distances. The new March scope in the popular 2.5x 25x magnification range has proven to be excellent for all around tactical, hunting, and field competition use from 0 2000 yards. This scope is approximately 13 long and weighs 24oz. with a 52mm objective lens for crystal clear light gathering. The reticle itself was designed to be clean and simple, devoid of clutter or confusing grid patterns with so many aiming points that they lead to mistakes in the field. The reticle allows for simple use under field conditions and involves no complicated formulas and math equations which commonly lead to mistakes as well as wasted time. The DL reticle was designed for use with second focal plane scopes. First focal plane reticle lines can become at high magnification. The second focal plane scope gives the same reticle size appearance at all magnifications. All the ranging done with the DL reticle has to be at the maximum 25x. This means you can get the power ring setting right every time without even looking at it. The model number of this new scope is MAR1102 with the MTR-DL illuminated reticle. It features tactical knobs for easy and positive adjustment. This scope will be available through DL Sports as well as various March Optics dealers.
