What are the details of Dvor's Shipping Offer?
Dvor provides fast, reliable Value Shipping to the contiguous 48 states, DC, and to all U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses for a flat fee of $9.99. In addition, all regular* orders placed after your first purchase of the day, up until 12 A.M. CST, qualify for FREE Value Shipping. In order to take advantage of this offer, please make sure to use the same billing and shipping addresses as well as the same shipping and payment methods for all of your orders.
*This offer doesn't apply to waitlist orders. Applicable shipping fees will be applied to each waitlist order when it is ready to ship.
Please note Dvor offers competitive shipping rates for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands). To help minimize your shipping fees, all orders placed on the same day prior to 12 A.M. CST will ship together. For each new order, any additional shipping fee only serves to offset the cost of transporting the weight of the additional merchandise, helping to save you on shipping costs.
Our Value Shipping method uses a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Once you place an order, the most efficient carrier is automatically selected based on the destination, size, and weight of your package.
Please note Dvor reserves the right to change the shipping method without notice, at no additional cost to you. The shipping method change may be needed to accommodate products' weight/dimensions and/or to improve speed/level of service to your specific destination
Dvor specializes in shipping internationally and aspires to make the process as simple as possible for our customers. Most of our products can be shipped to almost any destination worldwide where UPS or USPS services are available.
Our Value International Shipping method uses a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Once you place an order, the most efficient carrier is automatically selected based on the destination, size, and weight of your package.
Please make sure to check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not Dvor. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Each individual product page indicates the approximate time frame for your item to ship. We are constantly working with our vendors to find you the best bargains. While this results in fantastic prices, some items may take longer to ship than expected. Therefore, delivery commitments can vary across brand and product lines. Due to the additional processing time required for international orders, we may not be able to ship some items internationally within the specified time frame. Once your order ships, an email notification is automatically sent allowing you to track your package and to determine an estimated time of arrival.
While Dvor makes every effort to guarantee timely delivery on all orders, Dvor assumes no liability in cases where shipment is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Furthermore, Dvor assumes no liability when customers fail to properly communicate shipping information. Finally, guaranteed delivery does not apply when a package is delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other activity beyond our control. There are no credits issued if such activity or circumstances change the estimated arrival time of an order.
How do I track my order?
An automated email is sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. In addition, you can always check your Dvor member page for the latest status of your order(s).
UPS Package TrackingAll UPS orders are traceable on the UPS website. To track a package on the UPS site, just enter the UPS tracking number in the "Enter Tracking Number" box and select "Submit". UPS scans each package and updates the tracking number with the latest information at each checkpoint. The status of the package displays where the shipment is and, if received, who signed for it (if available) and the time of delivery. Please note, for most orders, that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the first scan to show on the UPS website.
USPS Package TrackingAll USPS packages are traceable on the USPS website. Please note that a USPS delivery confirmation number is not the same as a UPS tracking number. Instead, the USPS delivery confirmation number's primary purpose is to confirm the arrival of a package to the recipient. Therefore, a USPS delivery confirmation number is not updated as frequently as a UPS tracking number. Once the package arrives, USPS updates the website to reflect receipt, including the time of the delivery and location provided.

What happens if my item arrived damaged or was lost?
Dvor partners with only the most reliable carriers and apologizes for any delays caused by lost or damaged packages. We immediately work on shipping errors with our carriers and most claims are resolved within two weeks from initiation to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
To investigate a potential shipping error, follow the appropriate procedure for the shipping method below:
Lost UPS PackagesContact us immediately if the tracking number has no scans for over 48 hours. In addition, contact us if UPS shows a package as delivered that is not in your possession to initiate a claim. Once Dvor opens a claim, UPS may contact the customer within 1-8 business days for more information. UPS also may conduct a detailed investigation in cases of possible mail tampering and postal fraud. Full cooperation is imperative in order to quickly and effectively resolve such issues.
Upon a favorable claim resolution and item stock availability, Dvor may initiate a replacement order and sends an e-mail to your account with the new tracking number once the product has left our warehouse. If your item is not available, Dvor will issue a credit directly to your account. If an in-stock replacement item is available and is requested prior to a claim resolution, your credit card will be billed and a refund is only instituted once the lost claim is approved by UPS.
Contact us immediately if the original shipment arrives prior to the resolution of the claim. If the original package arrives at a future date after the delivery of the replacement, contact us immediately for a pickup at our expense. Keeping this delivery will result in the customer billed for both the original shipment and the replacement order.
Damaged UPS PackagesUpon receipt, please inspect the order for any evidence of damage and do not sign for a package without fully inspecting the contents. If there is visible damage to the box or if the merchandise is missing, kindly refuse the package.
Contact us immediately to initiate a claim if a UPS package arrives damaged with the product number of the affected item(s), the nature of the damage (e.g. shattered, cracked, dented, item missing) and specific information about the condition of the UPS box (e.g. retaped, poked, contains a hole). If a package was partially accepted, please denote which item(s) was refused. Reseal the shipment and hold on to the original packaging materials for a possible UPS inspection. It is vital that you hold onto the package for up to 30 days. Please do not send the damaged package back to Dvor as this will result in a denied claim and you will be responsible for all associated costs. If no inspection occurs, you can discard the shipment after the 30 days expire.

An e-mail is sent to your account with the new tracking number once the product has left our warehouse. If your item is not available, Dvor will issue a credit directly to your account. If an in-stock replacement item is available and is requested prior to claim resolution, your credit card will be billed and a refund will only be instituted once the lost claim is approved by USPS.
