What is your Payment Policy?
When it comes to payment, we want everything to be 100% safe as well as convenient. We offer a wide variety of payment options so you can select the one that best meets your needs, including most major credit cards, PayPal, and Store Credit.
What credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept payments from a wide variety of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and others.
Do you accept PayPal?
Absolutely! To ensure speedy order processing, please make sure you are a verified member of PayPal, your shipping address is confirmed and you meet and follow all the terms and conditions of PayPal. Certain items may be restricted by PayPal, Inc. and cannot be ordered using PayPal. If these restrictions apply, PayPal will not be an option at checkout.
When am I charged for my order?
We never charge you for your order until your order ships. Please be advised - PayPal may withhold funds prior as soon as an order is placed - PayPal does that, not us.
How is my information protected and secured?
All personal and financial information is encrypted by our secure server to ensure that your information is 100% safe. Our Secure Ordering Policy has details on the steps we take to ensure your information is protected.
Do you take any other steps to prevent fraudulent transactions or to ensure safety and security?
We review every order that is placed, and reserve the right to contact a customer for manual order verification or to solicit more information to ensure an order is legitimate and verifiable.
Safety and security is nice, but are there any other reasons you take all these steps?
Minimizing fraudulent purchases helps us ensure we can keep the deals sweet and provide a high level of customer service. Everyone benefits from the measures we take. Except for those attempting to scam the system. They do not benefit.
Can I use Store Credit for my purchase? What are the terms?
If you have available Store Credit, it will automatically be applied to your order. If your available credit exceeds the order amount, your remaining credit will be available for your next order. If you do not have enough Store Credit to pay for your order, alternate methods of payment will be required to complete your order. Store Credit never expires unless your account is closed or suspended. It also cannot be redeemed anywhere else or for cash or candy (unless we have a candy sales event, in which case you may use your Store Credit to purchase candy.)
